Sustainable Life Cycle Solutions for the Digital World

eReplacements was started in 2004 as a co-manufacturer and distributor of replacement power and imaging products. Our products are aftermarket "replacements", both new and remanufactured, for expensive OEM products that need to be constantly refreshed and renewed, thereby offering the consumer a green, economical choice when looking for a replacement battery, lamp or toner cartridge.

Because our parts are replacing a consumable that has reached the end of its life cycle, over time there are hundreds of thousands of used parts that need to be properly recycled else they will end up in our landfills. As part of eReplacements growing sustainable solutions efforts to control e-waste, in 2010 we introduced innovative recycling solutions to our customers for their used consumable parts.

In early 2012, eReplacements expanded its green initiatives as it moved into repair and asset recovery/asset management solutions for discarded e-waste, specifically focusing on digital and mobile devices (i.e. smart phones, tablets, MP3 players).

We are privately owned with headquarters and distribution in Dallas, TX with a sales and customer service office in San Diego, CA.

Our Management Team:

Tom Peck, Founder and President

Mr. Peck is a results driven CEO and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of proven operational expertise, business development and M&A experience. Under the umbrella of Kayne Anderson Private Investors, he founded eReplacements in 2004, a wholesale importer and distributor of replacement electronic products. Also under Kayne Anderson, he was an investor, Chairman and CEO of Printer Essentials from 2004 to 2009. In March 2009 he purchased the assets of eReplacements from Kayne Anderson to run them on his own.

Prior to eReplacements and Printer Essentials, Mr. Peck founded in 1994. PowerSource Online was the first ever subscription based internet trading exchange for buyers and sellers of computer parts. Mr. Peck sold the company to Aurora Electronics in 1997 and Mr. Peck purchased the company back in 1998 and re-sold the business to Mediagrif (MDF.TO), which went public on the Toronto exchange in 2000.

Mr. Peck received a BS from the Wharton School and a BA from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kyle Jundt, Executive Vice President

Mr. Jundt is a co- founder of eReplacements. Mr. Jundt is an entrepreneur with expertise in the areas of business development, product development, customer service and operations. He has successfully established many new partnerships and programs for the company. Prior to coming to eReplacements, Mr. Jundt was the Director of Sales for, an online parts database connecting buyers and sellers of used computer equipment. Mr. Jundt graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor's degree in Business administration.

Herb Roberts, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Roberts global 40-year career includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer of public, private, and development-stage companies across many sectors including: e-commerce, consumer products, healthcare, technology, media, broadcasting, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Mr. Roberts extensive international experience includes working in Russia, China, and Ireland. Mr. Roberts has directed over 70 capital market transactions, including 60+ M&A transactions, and has raised over $ 1 billion in new capital. Mr. Roberts holds a BA in Accounting from Queens College and an MBA from the Stern School of Business.

Sean Martinez, Purchasing Manager

Mr. Martinez has been Purchasing Manager at eReplacements for 4 years. His expertise is purchasing and product management of computer related products. Prior to eReplacements Mr. Martinez was Director of Purchasing at Computer Products and Services, and Product Manager at Service Electronics. Both of these companies were primary repair parts suppliers for retail warranty coverage with customers such as SEARS and BestBuy.

Mr. Martinez got his training in the United States Air Force Reserves and TxANG where he diagnosed and repaired aircraft flight control computers during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He moved to Hydraulics/Pneumatics for Operation Joint Endeavor out of Germany as well as during anti-drug efforts for Coronet Oak out of Panama. This blend of electronic and mechanical engineering training has been a unique asset for his current field.

Primitivo Reyna, Production and Quality Operations Manager

Mr. Reyna has been with eReplacements since December 2009. He is responsible for managing the lamp production and mobile device repair teams as well as overseeing general warehouse operations including RMAs. He ensures that the quality of the products sold by eReplacements meet our strict material planning and design guidelines including identical form, fit and function to the OEM products. This is accomplished using test beds, grading scales and quality control guidelines and exhibits. Before eReplacements, Mr. Reyna was a Specialist in the US Army.

Alicia Arduini, Marketing Manager

Mrs. Arduini has been Marketing Manager at eReplacements since 2011. Her expertise is graphic design and managing the company branding through the design of sales flyers, logo design, box design, web design, email promotion, social media, product photography and rich media content management. Prior to eReplacments Alicia was a graphic designer and production manager at Oxford Advertising, Krell Advertising, Merrill Lynch and AGRIS. Mrs. Arduini received a BFA degree from the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah Georgia.
